Google's HTML5 web "advertising" design tool
Google Web Designer markets itself as a website creation tool based on HTML 5 rich content that will run seamlessly on any device or platform. The reality however is that Google Web Designer is heavily focused around advertising rather than genuine web design. It does provide support for for drawing, animation and 3D effects in a simplified visual WYSIWYG editor although you can edit code yourself. However, there's no hiding from the fact that Google Web Designer is a tool designed with HTML5 animated advertising in mind rather than great web design.
